Maria Egorovna (the mother of the founders) was an Old Believer. The new founders achieved the status of our "new" village with all the ensuing consequences. At the moment, we continue to develop Poteryaevka with concern for our future and the future of the village as a whole. We show a positive image of Orthodox village life in the community.
