Cars: Hi-Octane 2.0 Playtest - .phy Overhaul (Doc Hudson), №2 [60 FPS]

| CHECK THE DESCRIPTION FOR DETAILS | A remake of the older video in 60 FPS. I also updated Doc's physics and engine sounds. Doc is a Cruiserweight with a 190 mph top speed (though he can only reach ~185 without boost) that has bad acceleration, but amazing handling thanks to his tuned-up powerslide settings and low center of gravity - just right for the Fabulous Hudson Hornet. His boost in vanilla had a quirk of lower burn rate (15 instead of the usual 20), which effectively made it both recharge faster and last 33% longer. I decided to do away with the boost burn rate stat in .phy Overhaul in favor of altering capacity and recharge rate independently, so Doc instead has 30% higher capacity and 15% faster recharge - which is worse than vanilla Doc, but still well above average for Need for Octane - his boost is rated 7/10 on the extended stat graph. I also displaced his front wheels more inward in gameplay, so it's more accurate to movies and cutscenes. The mod in the video is "Need for Octane" mod pack made by me for Hi-Octane 2.0 mod playtest version. Need for Octane includes optional addons that tweak and overhaul physics, opponent AI, sounds and more. I plan to publically release it when the HO 2.0 update oficially comes out.
