This 50-minute Full Body Dumbbell Workout is designed to strengthen your entire body while improving endurance and boosting calorie burn. The weight I’m using is always shown on screen, so you can easily follow along and choose the resistance that works best for you. 📝 Workout Breakdown: Interval Structure: 45 Seconds Work / 15 Seconds Rest Equipment: 3Kg/6LB (EACH) & 5KG/11LB (EACH) + Resistance Band 💎 Tips for Success: Warm-Up: Spend 5-10 minutes warming up before starting to prevent injuries.
