When we damage a truck, the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Logistics, Freight Transport, and Shipping is clear. We pay, but with limits. With the new 2025 updates, if it's the first time we've caused damage, we don't have to pay. But if it's the second (or more), we're required to contribute to the costs. Note: The company isn't required to deduct money from us, but the law allows it. There are limitations. If the company decides to withhold our wages, it has deductible limits and maximum amounts.
