Pridonok demonstrates and explains how to paint the piston of an IZH Planeta Sport 350 motorcycle with MS-2000 solid lubricant using a homemade spray gun. MS-2000, a suspension of molybdenum disulfide in a polymer base, is designed to produce antifriction solid lubricant coatings that harden upon heating. Reducing wear and increasing the service life of the following friction components: -piston guide belt (skirt) in internal combustion engines; -sleeve-type plain bearings; -sliding guides; -open and closed gear drives; -chain drives; -threaded connections; -splined connections; -keyed connections; -adjusting wedges.
