A Death on the Farm
This morning we had a death on the farm. Death is always a part of livestock farming, but this one was like a member of our family. Later, I pack for the farmers market and take care of afternoon chores, covering a variety of topics including the time efficiency of selling at farmers market, some common myths about increasing the egg production of laying hens, a progress update on our cattle grain feeding experiment, and a short update on the Farmall MD. Note: -We do not offer farm tours or accept visitors -We do not sell from the farm -We do not ship our farm's products -We do not sell live animals Mailing Address: Just a Few Acres Farm PO Box 269 Lansing, NY 14882 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/justafewacr...
