Long time no spar!
Thanks to COVID-19 I’ve had almost zero opportunities to spar in the past year. A few weeks ago I finally got the chance to work with some partners. We practiced a Tai otoshi throw from the clinch and did some sparring. It felt great to trade blows with a real opponent! Sadly now it looks like we will be going back into lockdown for a while.😞
