Living in the Faith Frequency - Episode 29: The Greatest Gift You Can Give

This week on the Living in the Faith Frequency Podcast, LoriAnn and I had one of those conversations that stayed with me long after we stopped recording. We talked about something that has completely changed the way I coach, love, and show up for the people in my life. Holding space. Not fixing. Not rescuing. Not making someone else's story about your own. Simply seeing them in their highest potential while allowing them to have their experience. It's amazing what happens when people feel truly seen instead of solved. In this episode, we also talk about how our capacity changes throughout life. There are seasons when we are the light for others, and there are seasons when we need someone else's light to help us remember our own. We've lived both. After Jon passed, there were moments when my capacity felt so small. The people who loved me didn't try to fix me. They reminded me who I was until I could remember it for myself.
