At the request of an owner who likes to start the engine with a kick, we installed a kick starter on an original '76 Harley-Davidson FLH. While it's common for people to add a starter because kicking is too difficult, the reverse is rare (lol). But we understand that feeling: "I love kick starters!" After years of experience with Twin Cams, Evos, and Shovels, this owner finally decided on the Shovel FLH. We spoke to him about the benefits of the Shovel and the Harley-Davidson.
