Opaia Motors has officially inaugurated its vehicle assembly and commercialization plant in the Special Economic Zone (ZEE), a clear demonstration that Angola is ready to produce, grow, and lead in Africa. The inauguration ceremony was led by His Excellency José de Lima Massano, Minister of State for Economic Coordination, with the presence of His Excellency Ricardo Viegas D’Abreu, Minister of Transport, alongside other distinguished national authorities, highlighting the strategic importance of this project for the country. Under the leadership of Dr. Kapaia, President and Chairman of the Board of Opaia Group, this investment represents a firm commitment to industrialization, job creation, and sustainable economic growth. The project is expected to generate 1,500 direct jobs in its initial phase, with a target of 3,500 jobs by 2027, reinforcing the impact of local production and proving that investing in Angola delivers real results for the nation, Africa, and future generations.
