They TRIED to Cancel Halloween in TOKYO

Tokyo’s Halloween Street party in Shibuya and Shinjuku is unlike anywhere else. People either dress up in costume, cosplay or visit to get a glimpse of a cultural phenomenon that’s become very Japanese but at the same time has it’s own problems. Increasingly it’s becoming harder to celebrate Halloween in Tokyo. What’s the reason behind this and is Halloween really cancelled?
