As for the visuals, I currently use Elysium Remastered modlist. I know it's not to everyone's taste, I've been browsing through several modlists prior to choosing this one. I may change it in future. In general, I dislike modlists that alter the game and especially NPCs too much, so my apologies if the visuals stand out too much.
