PART 1 =    • Placa de Bem-Vindo por Rose Rodrigues - 19...   PART 2 =    • Placa de Bem-Vindo por Rose Rodrigues - 19...   Materials List 01 sign made from pallets in the desired size; Oval MDF sign; Laser-cut "Welcome" lettering; Laser-cut arabesque design in MDF; Small rose napkin; 02 laser-cut MDF busts (mannequins), one larger and one smaller; 0.70 cm of 2 cm wide white lace; 1 and 1/2 cm of thin white waxed thread; 03 small EVA roses; 1/2 pearl; 01 small metal scissors; 0.70 cm of white San Francisco cord; 01 rose tag in cardboard; Acrilex matte acrylic paints in the following colors: rustic, white, cream, cyclamen pink, country blue; Acrilex crackle varnish; Acrilex glossy acrylic lacquer; Acrilex tobacco-colored bitumen; Acrilex multi-layered gel glue; Acrilex A2 instant adhesive; 220 grit sandpaper for wood; Condor brush ref. 424 nº18; Condor brush ref. 427 nº18; Toothbrush; Serrated hook with small nails; Scissors; Small tub with water; Soft cleaning cloth; Styrofoam trays. Step-by-step instructions: Apply rustic paint to the pallet board using brush ref. 427 #18. Wait for it to dry. Apply only to the front of the piece. On the back, use cream and white paint with the same brush. Sand using 220 grit sandpaper for wood. Apply another coat of brown paint in the same way as before and wait for it to dry. Apply crackle varnish to the entire front of the piece, over the brown paint, using the same brush ref. 427 #18. Be careful to always apply it in the same direction, vertically. Wait for it to dry for about 20 minutes, or until it is almost dry. Do not let it dry completely. Apply white and cream paint vertically with the same brush, blending the two colors. Apply plenty of paint and avoid dragging the paint to prevent removing the crackle varnish. Wait for it to dry completely for about 2 hours. On the oval board, apply a base coat of white paint using brush ref. 427 #18. Let it dry and sand it. Paint using white, country blue, and cyclamen pink paints with the same brush ref. 427 nº 18, apply very lightly, and wait for it to dry. Create a shadow around the oval plaque using brush ref. 427 nº 18 moistened with water and tobacco-colored bitumen paint. Paint the mannequins, the arabesque, and the word "Welcome" using brush ref. 427 nº 18 and tobacco-colored bitumen paint. Tear the small roses from the napkin (only 3) and make a branch at the top of the oval plaque using multi-layered gel glue (be careful to remove the two white layers of the three napkin layers) and brush ref. 427 nº 18, smoothing well with the glue and the brush. Using A2 instant adhesive, glue the word "Welcome" just below the flowers, centered on the oval plaque, and the small scissors next to the word. Center the oval plaque in the chosen place on the already crackled and dry pallet plaque and glue it using the same instant adhesive. On the area just above the oval cutout, center and glue the already painted MDF arabesque using the same instant adhesive. Below the oval plaque, on the left side, glue the two mannequins side by side. Around the oval cutout, glue the St. Francis cord using the same instant adhesive, and at its join, make a bow with the white lace and waxed thread, gluing one over the other with the same instant adhesive. Paint the three EVA flowers using brush ref. 427 nº18 and matte acrylic paint in cyclamen pink and cream. After it dries, glue the three symmetrically on top of the lace bows and place the half pearl to finish the bow, and also the rose tag just below. Use instant adhesive for these gluings. Using a toothbrush and tobacco-colored bitumen, apply a light dusting of polish to the entire piece. Allow it to dry and then apply a coat of glossy acrylic lacquer to the entire piece using brush ref. 424, size 18, taking care not to get it on the lace and the San Francisco cord. Attach the hook to the back of the piece. #rs21
