In this holy month, may all of us be forgiven and our good deeds be multiplied by Allah SWT. In this video, we are carrying out our annual routine activities to welcome the holy month of fasting, namely "Munggahan". And we also apologize profusely to all AJ friends because last week we took a break from uploading due to obstacles, as we explained at the beginning of this video. Thank you for your support and prayers from AJ friends to us, may all good things come back to you all, and may we always be able to entertain AJ friends wherever and whenever. :) Recipe & Ingredients : ANGEUN LADA : 500 gr beef offal (boil first using the 7 30 5 method) 2 segments of galangal, crushed 1 leaf of walang leaf 3 bay leaves 1/2 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp pepper powder 1 tsp salt 1 tsp stock powder 400 ml water Fine Seasoning : 3 curly cayenne peppers 5 cloves of shallots 3 cloves of garlic 4 candlenuts 2 segments of turmeric 1 segment of ginger 3 segments of galangal PAIS SOLEMPAT : 250 gr beef offal (can be any offal) 2 plates of white rice 1 sheet of walang leaf (torn) 3 sheets of bay leaves 2 segments of lemongrass (crushed) 2 pieces of turmeric 1 piece of ginger 5 candlenuts 1 tsp pepper & coriander powder 5 devil chilies Ground spices: 7 shallots 2 cloves of garlic 2 red chilies to taste Salt & stock powder BUNI RUJAK SAMBAL: 500 gr fresh buni fruit 5 devil chilies (if you like it spicy) 200 gr brown sugar 200 gr guava fruit *Note: Adjust the ingredients and amount according to taste :) GOOD LUCK TRYING AJ'S FRIENDS :) to taste salt
