Here's my take on my favorite Peruvian recipe: Lomo Saltado Through some research i was fascinated by its origins and learned about a cuisine called Chifa. **I realized I left out the integration of the soy sauce and vinegar in the edit! Just toss in the Soy Sauce and Vinegar after the tomatoes!
