Blackburn Town Centre 1995

Welcome to my little video from 1995! On every Saturday morning my Wife, Daughter and I went into Blackburn Town centre for our usual treat. As well as a little shopping, we'd have our usual treats of sausage rolls and a delicious pint of Sarsaparilla from Walsh's stall on the 3 day market. On this video you can relive the days of the now demolished 3 and 5 day markets and see just how Blackburn has changed in the 20 years since I recorded the film. Update: February 2019. I did indeed record an update to this video. I have also to announce that in May 2017 I lost the most important person in my life, my Wife/Best friend Lynn.
