Place 2 eggs, the milk, and 80g of sugar in the mixing bowl and mix for 15 seconds/speed 4. Pour the liquid caramel into an aluminum mold that fits inside the Varoma container and Pour the mixture from the bowl into the mold over the caramel. 2. Without washing the bowl, place the butterfly whisk on the blades. Add 1 egg and 30g of sugar and whisk for 1 minute 30 seconds at 37°C on speed 4. Program again for 1 minute 30 seconds on speed 4 without heat. 3. Add the cake flour and mix for 6 seconds on speed 4. Then pour over the flan, cover tightly with aluminum foil, and set aside in the Varoma container. Next, wash the bowl and, in the meantime, prepare the hake with potatoes: 4. Place the sliced potatoes in the Varoma tray and season with salt to taste. Place the previously salted hake fillets in a roasting bag, add the sliced garlic cloves, parsley, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. We close the bag and place it on the potato base in the Varoma tray. Now it's time to start the vegetable soup: 5. Place the onion, leek, and oil in the bowl and chop for 4 seconds/speed 4. Use the spatula to scrape down the sides of the bowl and sauté for 3 minutes/120°C/speed 1. Add the zucchini, green beans, and carrot and program for 2 seconds/speed 5. 6. Add the water and salt, place the Varoma in position, and program for 30 minutes/Varoma/reverse rotation/speed 1. Once the time is up, all three dishes are ready! Note: Ideally, let the flan cool in the mold until lukewarm before unmolding.
