Legend Charlie Brumfield: The Decline of Pro Racquetball

Charlie Brumfield is not only the Holder of All Titles in Racquetball, he is also the Master Mind of the sport. I've known him since the mid-1970s and still can't keep up with his thought process. But what I do understand are the reasons why our great sport of racquetball stopped growing at some point, around the 1990s, due to decisions that were made for political or economic reasons instead of for the good of the sport. According to Brumfield, even Kane Waselenchuk, who has won 15 US Open Racquetball Championships, far more than any other player in the history of the game, would have enjoyed the original game of racquetball more. And there would have been more competition too. But don't take my word for.
