Kuroya, a yakisoba specialty restaurant, opened in Kuroishi on November 22, 2025! We were able to interview them on the second day after the opening. The manager previously worked for five years at Akimoto Shokudo, a long-established Kuroishi yakisoba restaurant. Has it inherited the Akimoto flavor? Or has it evolved?
