Connected Roles: Multiple stakeholders are involved, requiring independence between roles to avoid misconceptions, mistakes, and conflicts of interest. Competence & Training: The level and extent of competence must be maintained through regular updating and refreshing of training, commensurate with evolving standards and risks. ⚖️ Risk Assessment & Compliance Risk assessment is embedded across organizational roles, ensuring compliance with different sets of requirements. Independence between roles strengthens impartiality and reduces the likelihood of errors in risk evaluation and safety demonstration.
