Radicolopatia

Radiculopathy is a clinical condition caused by irritation or compression of a nerve root, typically manifesting as radicular pain, sensory, and motor deficits distributed dermatomally/myotomially. In this video, we analyze the main pathophysiological mechanisms, the most common clinical patterns, and the criteria for distinguishing radicular, referred, and somatic pain. We present a clinical reasoning process based on a thorough history, key neurological signs, and severity indicators.
