2015 was a tough year for Jack Brown, and at just 18 years old he made a decision that would put him in a wheelchair for the rest of his life. Waking up in hospital, Jack was faced with a choice: to live in the past, or move forward with his life. Four years on he is still learning, but he has hope for the future.
