During the rainy season, water from the village’s two ponds overflowed into streets, roads and nearby residential areas. At several locations, the water level reportedly reached three to four feet, disrupting movement and normal village life. The Gram Panchayat submitted its request under the Kisan Mazdoor Bachao Abhiyan Phase 2. Following the direction of Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj, a technical team inspected both ponds, the affected locations and the proposed drainage route up to Drain Number 8. The Gram Panchayat had initially requested approximately 3,000 feet of pipeline. However, the detailed survey found that 3,950 feet of 8-inch pipeline and two 10 HP motors were required for an effective drainage system. After approval, the complete 3,950-foot pipeline was delivered along with PVC fittings, bends, air valves, plates, solvent, joints, chains, nuts, bolts and all other necessary accessories. The two approved 10 HP motors will be provided after the pipeline is installed underground and successfully inspected. According to the villagers, the completed system will carry excess water from both ponds towards Drain Number 8, protecting streets, roads and residential areas from waterlogging.
