Greetings, Today I'm back with my MasterChef pastry chef friend Burcu's amazing #sansebastiancheesecake recipe. I can honestly say this is the best recipe I've tried. I made this recipe a couple of times before sharing it with you, but now I've gotten Burcu's permission to share it with you. You can click this link to check out Burcu's channel and subscribe.    / burcueminoglu   San Sebastian Cheesecake -3 whole eggs + 1 egg white -250g powdered sugar -1 package vanilla -400g labneh cheese -400g cream cheese -400g cream -200g clotted cream -3 tablespoons flour -1 tablespoon starch Chocolate Sauce: -200g cream -200g chocolate Baking suggestion: Bake in a preheated oven at 250°C (400°F) for 10 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 200°C (400°F) and bake for another 20 minutes. Open the oven door and let the baked #cheesecake rest for 20 minutes before removing it from the oven and letting it cool to room temperature. Once it's completely cooled to room temperature, let it rest in the refrigerator overnight. For a more fluid dish, let it rest in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours before serving.
