My first meal in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Bun Bo Hue is a noodle soup similar to the iconic Pho but focused on assortment of beef as well as a deeper and richer flavored broth. This is by far THE BEST Banh Mi sandwich I've ever had in my life. An institution serving Vietnamese street food sandwiches packed full of liver pate, pork floss, sliced meats, and Vietnamese cold cuts. Complemented by pickled vegetables. This is a eye opening Vietnamese Street Food. 📌 Quan Nem Restaurant (https://maps.app.goo.gl/n36gaCmkRLyEt...) An underrated dish in the West, the Bun Cha is the quintessential Vietnamese Street Food dish for when you want something light and refreshing. Seasoned grilled pork patties, rice noodles, and a spicy and sour fish sauce broth that blows your mind as to how amazing Vietnamese street food can be. 📌 Po Cafe (https://maps.app.goo.gl/2UFJJTj2YbRMf...) And lastly we end our Ho Chi Minh City street food adventure with a decadent glass of Ca Phe Trung, Vietnamese Egg Coffee at one of the more famous cafes at the iconic Coffee Apartments. rich, creamy, and custard-y, divine.
