XARILK are treating my channel as one and only Quality Control Department. First, they fixed all the issues I pointed out on their Gen 3 sharpener… now they sent me this Portable Folding one and it’s like they deliberately picked the bad one off the shelves and sent it to the most critical reviewer on KnifeTube! The good news, when I gave them a fair warning about publishing this video, they said “Go Ahead, we appreciate your input!” I think, this is a very niche sharpener even when it works perfectly. I wouldn’t recommend it to everyone, but I can see some folks actually finding it useful for kitchen sharpening needs. I am still recommending the Gen 3 over this one and it’s only $30 more.
