Easily Get More Natural Playback in Dorico
Composing on paper is a time-honored workflow and modern composers expect to be able to hear their music played back with the most natural and authentic interpretation possible. As media composers, we understand that making a perfect mockup entails a whole lot of skills. While we can't expect Dorico to produce a flawless mockup out of the box, there are some features that can help us get part way there - and with no real effort. In my book, that saves me time and energy and helps me focus more time on making great music! In this video, I'll demonstrate a few settings in Dorico that can really help your playback in Dorico sound much more expressive, natural and realistic. Let's check it out!
