My mother and I prepared a tarwi ceviche. The preparation is similar to the ceviche we know, the only difference is that the tarwi replaces the fish. Tarwi or chocho is an Andean grain with high nutritional value. This grain is consumed here in the Peruvian Andes in different dishes.
