RoboBend 3000 - New Generation Standardised Metal Bending Robot

RoboBend3000 is our most powerful Bending Robot which is capable of working with pieces up to 3000x400mm in size, 30 kg in weight, ensures the precision of 0,08 mm and is fully mobile! Technical overview 👇 ✔️Repositioning station of two units - mechanical and vacuum, enables the robot to place and re-grip the part when needed. Both units can hold pieces up to 3000 mm and 400 mm in width. ✔️Feeder/collector - batches of metal pieces meant to be bent, are stored here. It has integrated piece separators that guarantee that only one piece is picked up at the time. ✔️Main robot unit - the robot arm, robot rail, gripper racks. The rail enables reaching the full length of the press brake. Gripper racks provide several different grippers where robot can automatically change them with an automatic tool changer. ✔️Smaller collector zone - is where smaller pieces (up to 2500 mm in length) can be placed after the bending. There are two different options to collect finished pieces: palletising them or dropping them in a box. ✔️Press brake - a part where your press brakes are placed.
