Transportation: At the Airport there are many taxis and fare is set by distance. There seem to be a guy that was coordinating taxis. Once in town, I used local minibuses (EC$3.50??) and walked a lot haha. Ask any local which bus to take and they will happily assist. Walk On, Walk ON With hope in your heart.
