This is additional information to the following video and will be my last for some time:    • The magic of Ebonite - Edwardian and Victo...   Ebonite has many advantages for the pen user and particularly for artists and calligraphers (or those with far more beautiful handwriting than my unfortunate chicken scratch) - whereas plastic can be mass produced by injection molding machines with very reliable consistency at incredibly low costs...as well as in restrictive designs that force you into the trap of "OEM" parts and service (as well as razor thin air and feed channels that can only function well with a non-flex nib). Your revenue to them is no longer free to choose - but restricted to their service and their pricing and their parts. Hand made Noodler's ebonite feeds are just one way among many that Noodler's Ink is very different in its basic philosophy. It's the customer's smile that matters more...even when it means putting a few hundred different non-Noodler's vintage nib options on a Noodler's feed! Go ahead and have fun with your Noodler's pen...as there is certainly no "OEM" mantra here... If you enjoy the pen variations, it means you are probably enjoying the ink too!
