Voice responses of Tiny, the Stone Giant from Dota 2 (Subtitles Included!) Voiced by Eric Newsome Art from Dota 2's Steam Trading Cards Tiny was chiselled into Dota 2 on the 19th of February, 2011. There were some early lines for Tiny that have been removed from the game files. Some 'Acknowledgement' sounds, as well as "Pebble pusher!" with an unknown tag. They are not available even on the wikis or old soundboards, but still can be heard in old videos from @dotaproject I have extracted them from those old videos to include here, and move the "Pebble pusher!" line to denies, as it seems the most fitting. Tiny also has some cut lines in the files, but are unused in-game. Mainly all the references to "Little Roc", although his rare line was in the game for a good few years. People speculated the meaning of "Little Roc" most assuming to be some kind of weapon or memento. But I think this is just Tiny speaking to his small self/inner child as he grows bigger, like mentioned in the rare line. Along with Tidehunter, Tiny is one of the biggest yellers in Dota 2. I'm amazed that Eric Newsome can voice both of them in the same recording session. LORE: Coming to life as a chunk of stone, Tiny's origins are a mystery on which he continually speculates. He is a Stone Giant now, but what did he used to be? A splinter broken from a Golem's heel? A shard swept from a gargoyle-sculptor's workshop? A fragment of the Oracular Visage of Garthos? A deep curiosity drives him, and he travels the world tirelessly seeking his origins, his parentage, his people. As he roams, he gathers weight and size; the forces that weather lesser rocks, instead cause Tiny to grow and ever grow.
