For a few weeks per year the Hessischer Rundfunk (HR) broadcasted the morning show of radio hr3 "Pop und Weck" with a static camera on their TV channel Hessen 3 instead of airing a test card. There was still a lot of analog equipment in use back in 1994. Presenter on this day was Jörg Bombach.
