Dzień z życia nauczyciela - 11 godzin pracy #nauczyciel
One day from my teaching job. I tried to show what my work looks like, discuss shadows and highlights. More facts about the work itself will be presented in the next material. Here I just showed one day in the life of a teacher. Completing the video material, I will write how many things the teacher is responsible for. The myth that the teacher only works 18 hours is also widely propagated in the media. Official statistics, however, say that on average a teacher spends 48 hours working, and in practice in our school, as we have counted, it is even more, it consists of, among others: • Preparation for lessons, • filling in diaries in the evenings and at night, • Creating a diary, • excuses for absences, • answers to what was asked during the student's absence, • contacts with parents, • entering partial, descriptive grades • adjustments, • opinions, • rulings, • IPETs, • multi-specialty assessments, • Psychological and pedagogical help cards, • issuing certificates, • comments, praise, statutory penalties, • replying to e-mails (I can't keep up with this), • organizing outings, trips, cinemas, theaters, transport to them, with advance payments from own pockets, • creating and checking quizzes, tests, tests, • creating index cards and work cards, • training (out of pocket, sometimes only subsidized by the school in the amount of up to 40%), • teaching councils, • meetings, • exams, • raising funds for the school, • organizing school celebrations, assemblies, parties, discos, festivals, open days, • educational matters, • classification of students, • current affairs - we are often informed about it after 11 pm so that we can react to it in the morning, • creating occasional decorations for classrooms and corridors - and there are many circumstances, several each month, • organizing children's performances, • running interest clubs (working hours without remuneration!) • documentation created in a terrifying number three times the same • statistics, • tabels, • lists, • development plans, • educational plans, • recovery plans, • result plans, • exit and trip cards with cost calculations and a trip plan by the hour, • thanks, • creating diplomas, • getting a professional promotion, • vocational pre-orientation of students, • documentation related to meetings, • and various other essays, Many of the above things are repeated in various aspects. Here I also point out that I discussed everything "on the fly", and there is at least twice as much of it. -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- ------------------------- CHAPTERS: 0:00 INTRO 0:08 Opening word 0:50 Outside the first school 1:41 First shifts and lesson (shortcut) 1:54 Second lesson - EdB - Side position 7:11 After 3 lessons - I'm going to the 2nd school 8:48 Computer science lesson - C++ 9:15 What else awaits me today? 11:17 Monitor care 11:31 Lesson from Blockly.games 11:58 Noise duty 12:26 Another break 12:49 Computer science lesson - binary system 17:38 High five with a student 17:42 After class - more info about my job 24:41 After the teaching council - more info 27:04 9th working hour - meetings 27:14 10th working hour - duties after meetings 28:05 11th working hour - I'm back 28:19 Return home after 13 hours - summary 30:0 OUTRO -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- ------------------------- #teacher #school #work #school #schule #lehrer #tigersoft #truth #education #knowledge
