Have you ever had the feeling that God has forgotten your prayer? Perhaps you have sought the Lord for days, months, or even years, waiting for an answer that never seemed to come. The silence grew longer, the wait more difficult, and at times you even wondered if God was really seeing everything that was happening. But God's Word shows us that there is a big difference between God being silent and God being absent. In 1 Kings 18:1, after three years of drought, God spoke to the prophet Elijah and declared that He would send rain upon the land. Even before any sign appeared in the sky, the Lord had already determined the provision. Later, Elijah persevered in prayer until a small cloud appeared on the horizon, announcing that the promise was on its way. This passage teaches us that God works behind the scenes, preparing what we cannot yet see. In this message, you will be strengthened to trust in divine providence even when everything seems at a standstill. God continues to move people, open doors, prepare opportunities, and organize circumstances that you cannot yet see. Silence doesn't mean abandonment; often, it means the Lord is building something greater than you imagined. If you are currently experiencing a time of waiting, don't let discouragement steal your faith. Continue praying, continue trusting, and remain steadfast in God's Word.
