Dayton Police Department officers in Ohio, USA, stopped a vehicle and asked Clifford Owensby, who was coming out of a house suspected of drug activity, to exit the vehicle. No drugs, guns, or other illegal items were found in Owensby's car, but local media reports he has been charged with obstruction of justice.
