For the drilling with flushing is used the rotator with swivel. Rotator with a swivel has frequency of rotation to 240 rpm and torque up to 550 Нм. Speed of the drilling with the method of flushing makes to 20 meters per hour and depending on a type and hardness of soil. It is possible the auger drilling. For this purpose it is enough to replace rotator with a swivel on rotator for the auger drilling. Rotator for the auger drilling has frequency of rotation up to 120 rpm and torque up to 1100 Нм. Replacement of rotator takes near one minute. Replacement of rotator can execute one man. We will bring parameters over of augers drilling: -auger drilling diameter 105 mm, in 35 meters depth; -auger drilling diameter 135 mm, in 25 meters depth; -auger drilling diameter 180 mm, in 15 meters depth; -auger drilling diameter 320 mm, in 6 meters depth; Speed of the auger drilling makes up to 30 meters per hour depending on the diameter of tool and hardness of soil. In both cases, the engine power is 20 hp. A diesel engine is more economical, but requires more attention when servicing. Drilling rig used double-flow hydraulic scheme, due to it provivded constancy of speed and effort of rotation, and similarly speeds and efforts of raising/lowering of tool. The first hydraulic pump manages rotator, the second hydraulic pump manages the hydrocylinder of raising-lowering of tool. In the hydraulic system set the air-oil heat-exchanger. Due to a heat-exchanger the protracted work is possible at the high temperature of environment up to 40 degrees.
