Layers of sweet milk, chewy basil seeds, soft falooda sev, jelly, and a big scoop of kulfi on top. This recipe serves 10 I’ve included measurements for 10 glasses in the video for your dawat/party. Perfect for summer in Abbottabad or anywhere hot! Falooda for 10 glasses For the falooda base: • Falooda sev colored / vermicelli: you will be needing 3 glass of water to cook them • Basil seeds / tukmaria / sabja: ½ cup + 2/3 tbsp dry - soak in 2cups water • falooda milk Full-fat milk: = 2 liters 1 cup sugar 2 tbsp milk powder 3 tbsp mango custard • Jelly: 2 packets strawberry and banana, cubed - optional but looks great • Rose syrup / Rooh Afza: for drizzling • Ice cream: 10 scoops vanilla or kulfi - 1 per glass Toppings for all 10: • Nuts: 1 cup mixed pistachios + almonds, chopped • Fresh fruit: 3-4 mangoes OR 5-6 bananas, diced • Extra rose syrup: ¼ cup for top drizzle Lots of crushed ice 🫡 If you try this, tag me!
