AKAI GX 4000D. Refurbished New Belts, Run Cap, Clean and Lube+Alignment-Zcuckoo

Vintage AKAI GX-4000D GX Focused Field Reel to Reel Made from 1978 til 1985. This is 2 Channel, 4 Track Deck. 3 Heads and they are the Glass and Crystal Ferrite Heads. This is a Two Speed deck, 3 3/4 and 7 1/2 ips. All 3 Heads are in great shape. Rewind, Fast Forward, Play, Record, Pause, Auto Stop, Counter All working Nicely. Pinch Roller is in Good Shape. This unit has been service with 2 New belts, Cleaned all Pots and switches and All 2SC458 and 2SC945 transistors have been changed out with modern Low Noise replacements, Heads aligned using a Head Height Tape from GennLabs and Amp alignment using a MRL Calibration tape and Recording BIAS was set using a Maxell UD35-90 tape. Also, the RUN capacitor was also changed out with a modern replacement and large Motor Resistor was moved to lessen heat to Motor.
