Rahmhaschee - der leckere Klassiker der schnellen Küche - einfach, schnell und preiswert
Zutaten für 2 Personen: 300-400 g Hackfleisch 1 große Zwiebel 3 Karotten 1 EL Tomatenmark 200 ml Schlagsahne Öl zum anbraten Gewürze nach Wahl, z.B. Paprikapulver, Kräuter der Provence, Pfeffer, Salz 160 -200 g Nudeln 80 - 100 g geriebenern Käse, z.B. Bergkäse oder Emmentaler Yvonne zeigt euch ein Rezept aus ihrer Kindheit. Die Sauce ist schnell und preiswert zubereitet und macht außerdem richtig satt. Dazu dann Dinkelnudeln und obendrüber nach ein wenig Käse nach Wahl - schon ist ein vollwertiges Gericht mit wenig Aufwand und viel Geschmack fertig!
