Infrastructure is also expanding, with Delhi planning to increase its charging points from approximately 9,000 to over 30,000 and expand its electric bus fleet. Automaker VinFast has committed to the market by ceasing production of internal combustion engines and investing in a 400-acre manufacturing facility in Tamil Nadu.
