How to Easily Enable DigiRig's Internal Audio Attenuator
My Yaesu FT-817's data output level was too high for WSJT-X when fed through a DigiRig. To lower that audio level I enabled my DigiRig's internal audio 20 dB input attenuator. This brought the digitized audio input WSJT-x was seeing down to an acceptable level. You can now confidently use your FT-817 and DigiRig for portable operating with amateur radio digital modes.
