Michael’s plan was simple: remove Klingman, secure the license, and bring the Tropicana fully under Corleone control. This wasn’t just another business move — it was the next step in his grand design. Owning the Tropicana would tighten the family’s grip on Las Vegas, expand their empire into the very heart of Nevada, and cement their reputation as legitimate power players in America’s new gambling capital. But to make it happen, Michael needed more than muscle. He needed the blessing of the state. And that meant dealing with Nevada’s senior Senator, Patrick Geary.
