Why the Lumix LX100 is still a great camera

The Panasonic Lumix LX100 is almost a three year old camera now. However, that is often a sweet spot in terms or price and value. Usually, by that time, digital cameras have lost a lot of their appeal to shooters who are looking for the newest and greatest tool. For the rest of us, that means we can purchase some great gear at a significant discount. This has become one of my favorite cameras of all time. I paid less than 500 US dollars for it new only a few months ago, and I think the images it has given me have been absolutely fantastic. In my opinion, if you're looking for a great camera for casual photography, travel, or even an every day carry, the lx 100 might be the perfect fit. Don't let the 12 megapixels or the micro 4/3 sensor deter you, this thing can produce some very high quality images if you learn how to use it.
