This is a village song that is time immemorial and no one knows when and who composed these songs. Originally these songs were passed on from generations to generations by word of mouth. Though these songs use non-classical, village words, they carry deep meanings, life experience, love and devotion. This rendition is by rural boys of our University for Human Excellence and Sathya Sai Loka Seva Gurukulam, during their annual Alumni meet. Truly the rural song sung by rural boys! Education for All is a 501 (C) (3) tax exempt charitable org in USA that focuses on providing quality, character building education free of cost to rural children in India irrespective of cast, creed, religion or any other status, in collaboration with Prashanti Balamandira Trust, India.
