What should Australia do about the NDIS?

The NDIS is a $50B drag on our country and while the most needy are getting the best services, there seems to me to be a lot of fraud. This number if growing and we cannot justify the spend. From real market specialists not pubic servants, to specialised fraud managers we need to get these costs under control and the government has all the levers for change, Get on with it Note due to my Parkinsons and partial blindness sometimes my voice is not as clear as I would like and I can't see my notes so please bare with my attempts.
