Carrying a message that could prevent a devastating attack and the deaths of hundreds of soldiers, including Blake's brother, they embark on a desperate race against time behind enemy lines. Sam Mendes, in addition to directing, co-wrote the screenplay with Krysty Wilson-Cairns (Penny Dreadful) and produced the film with his Neal Street Productions partner, Pippa Harris (REVOLUTIONARY ROAD, AWAY WE GO), and Jayne-Ann Tenggren (SPECTRE, THE RHYTHM SECTION), while Calum McDougall (MARY POPPINS RETURNS, SKYFALL) and Brian Oliver (ROCKETMAN, BLACK SWANN) share executive producer duties. It will be released in theaters by Universal in limited prints in the UK on December 25, 2019, and in France on January 15, 2020.
