The An-22 Antey is a Soviet heavy turboprop military transport aircraft developed by the Antonov Design Bureau in the 1960s. Designed to transport heavy and oversized cargo, as well as perform parachute drops, the An-22 was a remarkable aircraft for its time. To this day, it is considered the largest turboprop aircraft in the world. A total of 69 aircraft of this model were produced, and they were actively used by the Soviet Air Force.
