This doctrine should govern and permeate every aspect of Christian life and experience. It is essential to understand that we worship a Triune God and that one cannot be a true believer and deny the doctrine of the Trinity. Although the word "Trinity" does not appear in the Bible, the concept is present throughout Scripture. We believe in one God, who is triune: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, and these three persons are one divine substance.
