Simple and easy to prepare, the pie is ready in less than an hour and the combination of flavors makes the dish delicious. #NhacGNT #RodrigoHilbert #TemperoDeFamília Ingredients: For the dough: ½ cup of oil 2 eggs 2 cups of wheat flour 1 ½ cups of milk 1 tablespoon of baking powder Butter and wheat flour to grease the pan For the filling: 3 cups of leftover roasted ham 1 can of peeled tomatoes 1 onion 3 cloves of garlic 1 chili pepper ½ bunch of parsley Salt and black pepper to taste 50ml of oil for sautéing 3 apples, cored and seeded Preparation: For the dough: Blend all the dough ingredients in a blender until smooth and set aside. For the filling: Chop the onion, garlic and chili pepper, removing the seeds. Chop the parsley and chives and shred the leg. In a frying pan, add the oil and heat it. With the oil already hot, add the garlic and sauté a little. Add the onion, mix well and add the chili pepper, mix again and add the shredded pork leg. Sauté well and add the peeled tomatoes. Season with salt and black pepper. Add the chives, mix and turn off the heat. Add the apples to the sauté, mix well and set aside. To assemble: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease a baking dish with butter and wheat flour. Transfer all the dough to the baking dish and add the pork leg stuffing, which will penetrate the dough. Bake until golden brown, for 30 minutes.
